A combination of hits and misses

The beach area is stunning, expansive, and mostly devoid of crowds, providing a serene retreat. The service at Grace's Cottage was truly commendable, coupled with beautifully decorated accommodations that felt both private and inviting.

While the setting is beautiful, some staff were less welcoming, and certain areas appeared dated and in need of updates. Additionally, the check-in process lacked a personal touch, reducing the initial warmth usually expected.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a lack of attentiveness from some staff members. There were times when we felt rushed during meal service, and it took a while for our drink orders to arrive, leaving us feeling neglected. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating, as it lacked the personal touch I expected for such a relaxing getaway.

Beach area stunning, great for relaxing. Service could be more attentive. Rental bicycles available for exploring. Stayed in Oceanfront Suite Two Bedroom.

the serene beach setting was just a stone's throw away, and I loved that it was only a short stroll to Anna's Art Gallery for some local art appreciation.

At Point Grace, my stay was truly delightful! I cherished the serene atmosphere of the beach where I often enjoyed my morning coffee. While the room was stunning, a few staff members could benefit from a warmer greeting. Overall, an enjoyable getaway that I would gladly revisit.

The beach area was amazing. so serene and spacious, with plenty of seating! Staff were super friendly, always bringing us refreshing fruit skewers by the pool. The decor in our suite was stunning, making us feel at home instantly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our six nights at Point Grace. The beach was stunning, providing a perfect, serene environment for relaxation. I loved our room, which was spacious and well-maintained, with breathtaking ocean views that we admired every morning. The breakfast was generous, with fresh fruit and a variety of hot options to start the day right. The beach staff were attentive without being intrusive, setting up our chairs and umbrellas promptly and bringing refreshing fruit skewers by the pool, adding a nice touch to our relaxation time. The concierge was helpful in arranging activities, and we particularly enjoyed a scenic long walk to Coral Garden for snorkeling right off the beach. However, a few areas could use improvement. Some staff members could be more welcoming. We encountered a mixed experience with service at the pool bar. one bartender seemed a bit grumpy with our drink orders. Additionally, the ice maker in our room didn’t work, requiring us to request ice from staff, but they were responsive. Overall, Point Grace provided a memorable stay, but a little extra warmth in service would enhance the experience further.

The beach here is breathtaking with plenty of lounge chairs and outstanding service like complimentary water and fruit skewers. We enjoyed using the bikes to explore nearby spots.

The beach access was absolutely phenomenal, with pristine shores that felt like paradise! Our Pool View Cottage was visually delightful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee while soaking in the beautiful garden views. The breakfast spread was a tropical dream, with fresh fruit that brightened my mornings and set a joyful tone for the day.
